Introduction	I've been happily married to my husband for six years and am a mother to two wonderful boys. When I turned 30, I had an epiphany: Quit complaining about how you feel and look. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. That is also when my love affair with running began. I am in the process of training for a half-marathon.
