Introduction	Newlywed to Tom! and Dog-Mommy to Keely! I stopped eating meat in early 2011, and haven't looked back~ I try to eat vegan (no meat, eggs or dairy) as much as I can. This blog chronicles my journey~ Transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle can be a slow process for some people! And once I figure it all out, I hope to write a cookbook someday! In the meantime, I'm also a Physician Assistant in the Neonatal ICU :)
