Introduction Dear food lover, Cooking in my passion. My father who is a famous cook in my home village, is my inspiration and I'm honored to pass the tradition on and develop his delicious recepies further. The idea for Cambodian cooking classes came from my Finnish friend in Kuala Lumpur in 2010 after I had finished my degree in Culinary Arts in Malaysia. Since then I have had the priviledge to share my passion for Cambodian food and learn also more about different food cultures. Experience: - Diploma in Culinary Arts, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Hotelli-, ravintola- ja catering-alan perustutkinto, Haaga-Perho, Helsinki, Finland - Several years work experience from Italian on Sixth, Mustion linna, Sokos Hotels, Fazer Amica. Currently working as a chef at Panorama, Vaasa.
