As the owner of a decade old tea company, I've spent years creating a business that brings comfort and joy to others and this blog shares how I create and grow in my life with Tea Chai Te and beyond. I don’t know where this will lead, but I promise to be open, honest and heartfelt. As a woman who has been overcoming Lupus SLE since 1997, I am finding my heart is eager to share how my journey has been a process of lifting the veil of pain and hopelessness through dietary, spiritual and lifestyle innovations. Looking to nature and creativity, I am finding solace and inspiration light my path and I look forward to experiencing pain free living.
