| Introduction | I am a woman of many different hats. I am a wife, an entrepreneur, artist, yogi, lover and a fighter. I think one of the most important things in our lives is how we choose to overcome the suffering and obstacles which present themselves to us. How do we show up every day and what perspective do we have when we look out at the world and also when we look deep into our own hearts. I am happy to say that I am confident about the holistic perspective I choose in my own life. I choose to love fully and have gratitude for little things every day. I want to be proud of the compassionate choices I make and In those choices I want to make other peoples lives better. |
