Introduction	I grew up in Monterey, California, where I benefited from Scouting and the beautiful, wild outdoors in the nearby Big Sur area and Ventana Wilderness. I worked my way through college, including working for Bela Banathy. I was a District Executive for the San Francisco Boy Scout Council and since then have done a lot of writing. Now I work for me. In 1991, to my astonishment, Jesus Christ came knocking. I joined the LDS Church and married Sharla Morgan in the Oakland Temple. We have four sons: Connor, Cory, Aaron, and Gordon, along with my son Tucker from a previous marriage. I work with lots of talented, marvelous people.
