| Introduction | I'm late to freelancing and flying by the seat of my pants, having the time of my life. Any modest success I've earned continues to surprise me. I live in Las Vegas with my husband and our two cats. Our lives are too full to even think about gambling. (Surprised?) I play competitive tennis in a women's league, volunteer as a mentor to a 12 year old girl in middle school, and am a volunteer board member in my condo association. Family and friends fill in the cracks of my life and enrich it every day. |

| Favorite movies | If Jane Austen wrote it, and they made it into a movie, I love it. As Good As It Gets (still makes me laugh), How the West Was Won, To Kill a Mockingbird, Anything with Audrey Hepburn, The Searchers (all the classic westerns), Butch Cassidy, Long Hot Summer, anything with Robert Redford. Not enough space here. |
| Favorite music | Classic rock, show tunes, and all things pop (country, classical and corn). Streisand, Ronstadt, Springsteen, McCartney, Grobin, Bocelli and Motown. |
| Favorite books | Austen reigns as my queen of the classics and Michael Connelley is my king of crime mystery fiction. Dennis Lehane and Pat Conroy never disappoint me either. |
