| Introduction | I started my personal adventure site on an impulse, I wanted a place for mid life and really all people which basically covered everything from realigning your life after marriage, getting into your sage years, kids & many other topics such as exploring this big beautiful world. My adventures began by finding what I love in life again. From bike riding, yoga, trail riding, hiking, camping and trekking around, to connecting with family. What all began as a form of personal therapy, has turned into a beautiful life. Life is full after 50. I want to help and inspire all women and men young and old to be their best physically, emotionally while maintaining a zest for this beautiful life on this beautiful planet.
