Introduction	I love food. As a child I spent many happy hours in the kitchen with my Italian Grandmother and Mother learning to cook with seasonal ingredients and by gauging the quantity of ingredients 'dall'occhio' (by eye). We had a lot of fun. Now as a busy mum of three, I still love to spend as much time as I can in the kitchen cooking, experimenting with flavours with my family and friends, as well as feeding them. If I'm honest I find it therapeutic. I am often asked for recipes and what has inspired me to make a particular dish. So I thought I would share this with you on my blog. The treats can be anything from everyday meals, courses for a dinner party, cakes and bakes. Buon Appetito!
