Introduction	I am a proud wife and mother of 7 beautiful children. I wear many hats in my life but wife and mother are the most important and fulfilling ones. I see these as vocations given to me by God and I know that without His grace and mercy I would never be able to carry them out in a faithful manner. I started this blog as a way to chronicle my families journey into the world of Paleo. I'm mostly doing this for myself because I like to put my thoughts into written words. I have always loved to journal because somehow seeing it on paper (or in this case a computer screen) helps me to process what I am going through.
