I was involved in a divorce and child custody proceeding that lasted over 2.5 years. My objective was to ensure that my children have the ability to grow up spending equal time with both parents. I was punished for questioning a broken system. I lost all parenting time with my 3 and 5 year old girls. No accusations of abuse, adultery, drug or alcohol abuse, no social services or police reports, no reports of girls not loving their dad. When I continued to criticize Judge James D. Humphrey and the system for making my children fatherless, Dearborn Co Prosecutor F. Aaron Negangard and the State of Indiana imprisoned me for 2.5 years. My story is part of documentary titled Divorce Corp, which documents the flawed divorce industry. I haven't seen my girls since 8/18/2009.
