| Introduction | I'm an aerobics instructor and personal trainer and have been eating paleo for over a year and a half now. I recently found out that I am pregnant for the first time. This blog is my random thoughts/tips/tools I've found to have a Paleo pregnancy, and my outlet to vent as this very natural part of life makes me feel very unnatural! My goal is to be as paleo as possible throughout this time to give my little embryo the best start possible. I may epically fail and drown myself in Ben and Jerry's for 9 months straight though.... no promises. :D DISCLAIMER: I am not a nutritionist, dietician, or anything similar. I was introduced to Paleo through a friend and fell in love with the way of life.
