| Introduction | I am a professional performer, teacher and a keen student of Indian classical music on the sarod. Most of my time is spent practicing, teaching and learning. In addition to my musical pursuits, I am a voracious reader and enjoy a wide range of literature, but am generally averse to most pretentious (read Booker and Pulitzer decorated) late 20th and early 21st century writing, especially the sort emanating from the subcontinent. |
