| Introduction | I'm an 800hr certified Jivamukti yoga teacher living and working in the greater new york area. i'm also a 200hr ashtanga yoga teacher and have 200hr certification in yoga anatomy from the Breathing Project in New York City and 50 hours prenatal training from Laughing Lotus NYC. I have studied with Sri.K Pattabhi Jois, TKV Desikachar, and Many senior teachers in the Iyengar lineage. i'm also influenced by Gesche Michael Roche, Thich nat Hahn, and Sharon Salzberg. i was a former professional dancer educated at the Martha Graham School. i lived in Pittsburgh,Pa for many years dancing and teaching yoga before coming to New York City to teach. she is the director of Lynnrescignoyoga, LLC in Shrewsbury, NJ. |
