About me

Introduction	I became a foster parent in 2009. My husband and I had waited seven years for children. We thought we could have our own, but trusted God through His journey for us. We became "instant parents" to twin 5 year-olds. Their older sister joined us about 5 months later. I have learned a lot about everything. I've learned more about myself, about being a wife, what it means to parent. I'm constantly working on trusting God to handle all of the situations that I cannot control in "foster care land". I am ever so much loving the children that He has trusted me to care for.
