| Introduction | I started knitting when I took a class at my local high school in Auburn, Nebraska. When I was around 10 years old, my sister and I taught ourselves to crochet. I've been knitting and crocheting ever since. Next year in January, I'll be 60 so I've been knitting and crocheting for almost 50 years. I love to bake bread, especially whole grain varieties. The smell of fresh baked bread is awesome and so inviting! I grew up on a farm near Brownville, Nebraska and grew to love animals. Currently, I've been married for 35 years and my husband and I live in Hanover Park, Illinois. I have 2 sons and 2 daughters, a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law. |
