| Introduction | My story is as simple as this....I graduated from college with a degree in physical and health education. I worked as a personal trainer and an aquatic therapist at a physical therapy office. Then I had these 3 wonderful things called "kids". If you are a mom, you know you tend to neglect yourself and put your needs on the back burner. My children are 11, 13, and 15. This is how long I have forgotten about "me". Although I have continued to work out, I haven't done it as much as I should, nor has my diet been what it should be. After 15 years I have decided to change this. Not only do I want to do this for myself, but I want to help those who don't know which direction to turn. I plan on sharing ideas and tips on how you can become healthy and fit without breaking the bank and also fit it in between diaper changes, work schedules, and your kids busy schedules. I look forward to getting to know all of you and personally answering any questions you might have. |
