| Introduction | Cultivating and tending a garden is a form of meditation which I practice regularly. I also have a daily meditation practice. My neighbors, Ann (my wife) and I have planted and are now tending a series of gardens along the local commuter path. We started eleven years ago clearing out invasives and weeds from an area surrounding ramps to the path. We now have about 2600 square feet of gardens. Prairie grasses, prairie flowers and some perennials make up the gardens along with raspberry bushes and two cherry trees. Entries include poetry, pictures, and my musing and reflections. |
