Introduction	Hi my name Is Tracey. I have 3children and 3 grandchildren. Their dad died in 2000 and I am now with an old friend from school I hadn't seen in 27years...gosh ! I have Complex PTSD and I would like to help others who suffer from the same condition and hope they can help me too tith it being a lifelong condition. I am 45 to date (June 4th 2013) and I am a tiny 4ft 10" tall. Welcome to my blog....if I ever figure out how to use it. Lol I love my friends and family but I only have a few close friends I see nowadays. My lad is in a band and I love watching him play. My family and my lad are my life
Interests	Collecting tags and photo graphics from brilliant designers I met on facebook. I love ghost hunting and all soiritual things. I write poetry and collect crystals too. I love reading books although lately my C-PTSD has become so severe I find it hard to read a paragrapgh in a magazine without my concentration lapsing. I used to be an all-round athlete but age and poor health has stopped me from these things.
