| Introduction | Each day I seek to learn more about (and please) my God and my Savior. I cherish my precious family and my country and continually seek to learn how to serve others better. I enjoy science and history, historical fiction (more history than fiction), many kinds of antiques, travel, and interesting people. I like the creativity instilled by a lovely piece of fabric and lace, and I like sudokus, classical music, and chocolate. I really like walking through a garden in the cool of the morning or evening. I like planning, planting, pruning, and picking flowers, no matter how limited my skill. I've learned to accept a certain amount of ivy along with the roses. (I've even learned to see the beauty in a dandelion - through the eyes of my grandchildren - for at least a few minutes.) I like pretty rocks and trickling waterways. Ahhhh. After all, aren't most of us ever questing for Eden... |
