| Introduction | Welcome to There's a Newf in My Soup, one of my creative outlets originally started to share culinary themed summer Concerts in the Park. Since then, I've participated in various cooking groups like Daring Cooks, Daring Bakers, French Fridays with Dorie, and my newest - Baking Chez Moi, but spend most of my time cooking from my growing collection of cookbooks and magazines, or recreating a dish I've enjoyed at a local restaurant. I live on the beautiful resort island of Coronado, just across the bridge from San Diego. Blake, my Newfoundland puppy, is the newest addition to Newf in My Soup. He will be making appearances on the blog and There's a Newf in My Soup's Facebook page where he already has quite a following. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with Blake, traveling, wining and dining, cooking for friends and family, writing and photography.
