Introduction	I am a practicing Dental Hygienist 2 days a week, an avid reader, and an active mom. Reagan is 10 and Roman is 6 and they keep me hopping. I love to scrapbook and craft and always have a project going on. I try to carve out time for myself everyday, not always an easy task. I ran my first half marathon in 2010 and try to hop on the treadmill when I can. My husband Jerad and I are committed to living our best authentic life together.
