| Introduction | My art is one of the things that makes me unique in my family. My family is very important to me. I have been married to my amazing husband for 37 years. I love him dearly and appreciate all he does to support my art efforts. Our 2 boys and 2 s are grown and gone. We love all of our grandchildren, but two of them are living with us now and they bring much joy into our home. We also have 4 horses, 3 cows, and 2 1/2 dogs. (Our neighbors' dog visits our dogs here most of the time.) We moved to Texas a couple of years ago and we really love the peaceful feeling of our acreage. We have two ponds at the bottom of the draw with a lot of wildlife. There are wide open skies and it all makes for an inspiring place to paint. I am learning to paint pictures that stir my soul in some way. The pieces I like the best are the ones that touch my heart. I hope some of them will touch your heart as well. Kindest regards, Nancy |
