| Introduction | I'm Ethiopian by birth; I came to the US about 10years ago. Adjustment to the US was a process but now it's like I've always lived here. My soul is back in Ethiopia I don't know how to explain it I can only say Ethiopia is home, its home, those of you that have visited know what I mean. I’m a senior in college, had the privilege of Interning at a Christian adoption agency & at an International Aid both experience have shown me how one person can make a difference in people’s lives. I'm constantly searching of ways to help not just by giving money but by changing the course of people’s lives for the better. I don't believe that a problem could be fixed by money alone but by teaching, mentoring & having faith that God will come through. I have saved & am saving money till Jan2010 to pay school fees for 23 kids It costs $6 a month, a price of a large frap. The math it just blew my mind. I’m a Christian; I believe that if I pray from my heart nothing is impossible. God has done so much great things for me that I’m always in awe of him. He continues to bless me and answer my prayers consistently and I am absolutely sure that he will guide and provide for my upcoming projects |
