| Introduction | Hello, Welcome to my blog. I am a running coach who works with runners of all levels. I have coached people who have never run (or at least not in a long time) and people who wanted to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I have been coaching distance runners (not counting myself) since 1996 when I completed an internship with Jeff Galloway in Atlanta, GA. I have coached large groups through the Arthritis Foundation and through USA Fit as well as individuals. My training programs are individualized to meet your goals and needs. |
