| Introduction | Cooking has always been a serious passion of mine, long before I became gluten free. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in August of 2002, and had no one to ask about all of the restrictions that came with my diagnosis. Now that I have the information and resources, I want to share with people what I've learned. I am a fashion designer with a BFA Fashion Design and Merchandising, and I married the man of my dreams last year. |
