| Introduction | I am a lover of the good life. Plato used the term "good" to refer to the "ideal" and suggested that this ideal never really exists but in one's imagination. But nevertheless, we can always strive towards such an ideal, and our ideal will be uniquely our own, perhaps making it attainable, after all. I seek the good life by doing as much good to myself and others around me as I can. I think that one of the major purposes of life is to enjoy it and to evolve, learn and achieve through productivity, adventure and creation. This is my journey but I love the place where all of our journeys meet. Let's find the good and share it with each other. By trade I am a chef and entrepreneur. I was classically trained and certified in the natural culinary arts, including holistic nutrition. My company, The Supper Society, brings wellness to your doorstep. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and I have also lived in Boston, London and Santa Cruz. My favorite city is Paris. I love dressing up and I love getting barefoot and dirtied by nature.
