| Introduction | It was during a difficult journey of loss that God began to speak to me in unexpected ways. He told me to "be still and know," through the perfectly still water on a quiet summer evening. He said, "I am the Light of the world," in the glow of the afternoon sunset. He spoke words of love to me in the caress of the warm gentle breeze across my face. He made me laugh with the praying mantis playing peek-a-boo as I watered my flowers on a hot summer evening. As I encountered these treasured moments with my Heavenly Father, I began to capture them as reminders of His presence and of His love for me. My prayer for you is that you will sense the presence of the Holy Spirit in these images and listen as He speaks "gentle whispers" to you. |
| Interests | I love life...even when it is hard. Let's face it, life is not easy. It is a constant roller coaster of ups and downs, joys and sorrows, storms and peace. We can choose to fall apart during the dark times or we can pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and jump back on track. Surrendering to God all we are and all we have is one of the hardest things to do, but also the most rewarding thing we can ever do in our lifetime. With that said, my greatest interest is my family. After that there are far too many interests to mention, but I'll start with music, photography, traveling, fishing, gardening, reading, adventure... |
