Introduction	I am originally from India and am a veggie food lover. I enjoy researching the vegetarian traditions around the world and cultivating new recipes. India itself, as is well-known, has a very strong vegetarian tradition. However, what is generally known in the West as Indian cuisine is generally some representation of North Indian cuisine (which is only about five percent of Indian food). I am keen on bringing to limelight the delicious vegetarian dishes from all over India.
