| Introduction | three humans call me mother, two have called me daughter, i hope many call me friend but only one calls me wife. five wonderful people call me sister. i have heard some say i am strong, brave, courageous. i am definitely a survivor but i prefer thriver, and overcomer. my mother called me sweet pea to capture what she saw as my sweet disposition. some words i believe in about myself: i am loved and feel love every day, i am forgiven and free, i am a mess and make messes a lot but i am not as much afraid of the mess as i used to be. i am very stubborn proud and focused but i am ready and wanting to be more flexible and humble and open to life and people around me. |
