| Introduction | Willa Ou is the founder of World Opus Technologies, a leading consulting firm providing implementation and customization services to the customers of BMC Software on BMC Service Assurance product lines including BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM), BMC Event Manager (BEM), BMC Service Impact Manager (SIM), BMC PATROL, and BMC Portal. Willa started working for BMC Software as a lead PATROL developer back in 1995 and her product line has generated multimillion dollar revenue for BMC Software. In 2002, Willa founded World Opus Technologies and has helped a long list of BMC Software customers to maximize their ROI since then. Willa attributed her success to the unique combination of her rare insight product knowledge and real enterprise IT experience. She is very passionate about bridging the gap between BMC out-of-box solutions and the real enterprise requirements through her time-proven methodologies, customization and integration.
