| Introduction | Writing messages for encouragement began in my life in May 2009 when I started a blog for those who have lost a spouse due to death or divorce. I understand the pain and difficulties of parenting alone, as I went through an unexpected divorce after 18 years of marriage. Then even more heartache when she passed away in 2013. Helping others is the only way that I find healing and purpose in the difficult storms of life. The Lord has truly blessed my life in the way and I hope that this will bless you too. I fully believe we can find His strength and direction no matter what happens to us in this life, through the love and peace that passes all understanding in Jesus Christ our Lord!
