| Introduction | Randolf SD | The Company are a company of actors, designers and theatre artists who make ensemble-based theatre performances of classical and classic twentieth century experimental drama and create their own work based on these texts. Our work is developed from intensive research periods and through improvisation as well rigorous technical rehearsal. Randolf SD create experimental new plays and interpret the experiments of the past. Artistic Director: Wayne Jordan Producer: Áine Beamish Previous Work to Date: Everybody Loves Sylvia, 2008, nominated Best Director, 2009 Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards, La Voix Humaine by Jean Cocteau in 2008, Fewer Emergencies by Martin Crimp 2007, The Public by Federico Garcia Lorca in 2006, The Drowned World by Gary Owen in 2005, The Illusion by Tony Kushner after Pierre Corneille in 2004 and Eeeugh!topia in 2003, all at Project Arts Centre, Dublin. Randolf SD have been funded by The Arts Council on a project by project basis. Randolf Sd are Project Catalysts and have received In Kind Support from The Corn Exchange and Developmental support from The Abbey Theatre in 2010. |
