Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

Well yes. nowadays some fish have succumbed to evolution and have grown legs (in china I believe) so when they've run out of food in one pond, they can walk to another. Bicycles would be helpful. it would get them there quicker, so they don't suffucate and die. that's what I think about that.
