| Introduction | Lately I have come to the conclusion that there is no God to speak of. I believe that we are a part of something large and that is what I can see and so far that is the universe and all its intricasies. I wish no disrespect to those who believe this is my own conclusion and I am certain of my convictions while I do not wish to "convert" anyone to my "side". I am not an evangelical atheist. I have discovered that in putting downt he illusion of God more has been revealed to me with my mind open to the possibilities I can see so much more than I ever could with a belief in a deity. I am free to ask the tough questions and expect that no answers may come in my lifetime. I love the process of science and the long road of discovery and enlightenment on the natural world. As each day passes more and more information is gathered and the wonders of this world and the universe have never before been more intriguing to me. It helps me to get out of bed every morning to know that I am going to learn something new today! |
