Introduction	RN,Educator, Wellness & Weightloss Coach ; into IM/ Affiliate Mktg. I once had a successful business, forgot to take care of my health,became so sick & stayed in Intensive Care Unit for days, there I realized what is money w/out health. Came back to work as a Nurse & teach people how important having a good health is. Experience taught me the hard way...it almost cost me my life... Thus, in anyway I can, am sharing tips & giving health teachings to people wanting to lose weight, get healthy and live a longer, better life.
