Introduction	As the former headwaiter of both Bon Vivant Restaurant and Tavern On The Glen Restaurant located in Greensboro, NC I developed a palate and appreciation for fine wine. As the maitre d of Second Empire Restaurant located in Raleigh, NC for over 9 years I refined my passion for the fruit of the vine. As a native North Carolinian I have witnessed firsthand the emergence of the Tarheel State as a leader in the winemaking industry. Now I combine my love for wine and my home state into one in this blog as I travel the state visiting vineyards and wineries!
