| Introduction | I am a floating wanderer. Drifting through this psychedelic life. They say life is the most potent intoxicant- the ultimate mind alteration substance. Truth is stranger than fiction. I agree with both. Life is a psychedelic journey of uppers and downers, dreams and hallucinations, illusions and delusions. It is a rollercoaster ride with no slow or stop button and it can only end in a final crash. “I am just a silent spectator, while my life lives itself “, a friend once told me while putting words to my thoughts. I watch in nervous awe and surprised amusement as the journey unfolds bringing steeper rises and deeper dips with every dizzying turn. When reality gets too strange I bury myself in fiction and when life gets too dizzying I take a break by getting stoned. Reality is a shape-shifting illusion, and now is only real moment. Consciousness is my only permanent possession. |
