| Introduction | Hey there, I am a Physicist working as a lecturer in the Electrical Eng. department of the School of Eng. and Math. Sciences at City University London. I am new to social media such as blogging- now that I have read about it, it seems a great way to talk about stuff to people across the globe. So I am looking forward to having comments on my blog! My work is on development and application of numerical modelling methods for photonics. For example, I have worked with Finite Difference, Finite Element method and written some papers on wide angle BPM. On the application side I work on PCF, PhCs and now on solar cells and LEDs. |
