| Introduction | I guess I can say I have always been the chubby girl. I honestly can't remember a time that I was not overweight. Food has always been a source of happiness in our family. It seems that our lives really centered around food, we lived to eat in stead of eating to live. So now that I have had my children I want to change that. I want to find a place in me where I can find happiness and comfort in being healthy. I don't really care about being "skinny" I just want to give my self the best shot at a long and healthy life. |
