| Introduction | I am the founder and co-creater of Judson,(Jud found John, thank God)Zach and Lilli. The fourth child I gave birth to is The Center for Contextual Change. During my graduate studies at the Jane Addams School of Social Work, as well as,my post graduate degree in Family Therapy, I discovered my passion and talent for helping families and individuals utilize their strengths to overcome adversity. I continue my research and teaching not only at CCC, also, at the University of Chicago, School of Social Services Administration, where I have taught for over 15 years. It has been my delight that I am the co-creator of The Collaborative Stage Model of Psychotherapy. My passion is looking at life's promise and difficulties through a contextual lens. My research and writing focus on healing Trauma and Violence. My commitment to restore justice, motivate healing and create change, takes me around the world with immense gratitude for the opportunity. |
