Introduction	I'm a 3rd generation home styled baker and cook. I grew up at my mother's side licking the beaters and basin of the Kenwood. I was often enthralled by the yummy things my Mum would make, knot rolls with poppyseed, date slice, butterfly cakes, custard creams, lemon meringue pie and pasties. And my Nanna was also famous for her sausage rolls, passionfruit buttercake and jam & cream sponges. So cooking and baking are dear to my heart. Now the challange is to continue this passion although I'm intolerant to gluten!
