| Introduction | I write fiction, nonfiction and poetry. I'm working on a novel. I teach writing and literature at Pacific University in Oregon and help children at the orphanage in Fuling and Zhanjiang, China. I have three young daughters, and no simple answers. I'm trying to live each day with my whole heart. Writing helps me make sense of it. |
