| Introduction | I'm a christian, wife , mother to three boys, and a baby girl. I consider myself tough, outspoken, realist and I have great intuition. I love fitness and I love to read anything I can about it. With each child I've lost all my pregnancy weight. People use so many excuses to not get healthy. If I can do it any one can. Plus you will feel awesome about yourself and what you achieve. The more I exercise the more I get annoyed at lazy people, Ha!! If I can do it with 4 kids and the responsibilty of a wife and homemaker you can too:) The lord has blessed me so much over the years. I'm very thankful that I have a Godly husband.
