Introduction	I am a veteran journalist (reporter/editor) pursuing a master of science degree in Interactive Communications at Quinnipiac University. I love working with words, people and technology to bring stories to life and clarity to confusion. Along the way I have taken on assignments in media relations, recently working for a movie production company. It was interesting being on the other side. One of the things that intrigues me is how individuals and organizations react in a crisis, whether quickly putting out a fire or adding to it.
