| Introduction | In December 2015, I completed a PhD entitled 'Krasnoiarsk, 1917: The Making of Soviet Power in Central Siberia'. Drawing on original archival research conducted in Krasnoiarsk, I investigated the establishment and functioning of revolutionary power structures in the city. I am currently in the preliminary research stage of a new project on encounters between World War One POWs and Siberian local populations, 1914-1922. |
