His experience spans into the general management realm with over ten years of experience directly or indirectly leading service delivery, operations and marketing teams. Mr. Johnson’s technical expertise lies in the areas of SaaS, local and long distance voice, data and Internet Protocol (IP) services and the professional disciplines of Project Management, Business Analysis and Business Process Management. Mr. Johnson has held a variety of leadership roles in such areas as new business development, strategic planning, startups and turnarounds, change management, client relations, account management, territory management, profit and loss and formal needs assessment.
