| Introduction | I used to love playing sports in high school. Never for the school team, but many rec teams or just playing with friends. As I've gotten older, getting together for athletic endeavors has become more difficult, so my fun source of exercising has been diminished. Over the past couple of years I have attempted going to the gym, but I have determined the only way I can ensure that I do it on a daily basis is if it takes place in my own home.
