Introduction	He said..."My restaurant/culinary experience encompasses neary 18 years in a professional kitchen, albeit not consecutively. I started working in a bar and grill type establishment when I was 16 in Greeley, CO and worked various other restaurants here in the Northern Colorado area from Broomfield to Windsor. I am also a culinary graduate and have worked in Austin, Texas while I attended school. To me food is 90% of the dining experience...if the food is bad I won't be back (there are exceptions), however if the service is sub-par I may give it another try." She said..."My restaurant experience is primarily front of the house; I've worked as a busser, hostess, waitress, bar-back, prep cook and line cook, as well as front of the house manager. I have very definite ideas on how customers should be served, and I'm sure that will come through with my posts. If you want to get on my good side, pre-buss your tables!"
