| Introduction | In 1978 I bought a book on how to invest in rental real estate. Shortly thereafter I bought my first apartment building (16 units) and went on to buy and sell over 2,300 additional units. I formed Grace Realty Group to invest in value-added redevelopment commercial real estate. I also created The Grace Fund LLC, a $20 million mortgage fund, to finance Grace Realty Group's projects, which has grown to a network of over 200 investors. Of course, new investors are always welcome. |
